全館禁菸公告

親愛的貴賓您好：
為維護所有旅客的健康與住宿品質，飯店依據《菸害防制法》第15條規定，全面禁止於室內吸菸。
本飯店之所有客房、大廳、走廊、餐廳及其他室內公共區域，均屬禁菸區域，敬請配合。
 
♦ 法規依據
依《菸害防制法》第15條，飯店為供公眾消費之室內場所，應全面禁菸。

♦ 違規處罰
住客部分：如於禁菸區吸菸，將依同法第31條規定，處新台幣 2,000 至 10,000 元罰鍰。
飯店處理：若因此造成房間異味或清潔困難，本飯店將收取 清潔除味及無法售房費用5,000 元起。(若造成設備毀損，除收清潔費之外並須照價賠償)，並依法通報衛生主管機關。

♦ 吸菸區說明
若您有吸菸需求，請至飯店設置之戶外指定吸菸區使用，感謝您的體諒與配合。

Dear Guest,
To ensure the health of all guests and maintain the quality of our accommodations, the hotel strictly prohibits indoor smoking in accordance with Article 15 of the *Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act*.

All guest rooms, the lobby, corridors, restaurants, and other indoor public areas are designated non-smoking zones. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

♦ Legal Basis
Under Article 15 of the *Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act*, hotels are classified as indoor venues for public use and are subject to a total smoking ban.

♦ Penalties for Violations

♦ Guest Penalties: Smoking in a non-smoking area will result in a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000, in accordance with Article 31 of the Act.

♦ Hotel Charges:  If smoking causes lingering odors or cleaning difficulties, the hotel will charge a minimum fee of NT$5,000 to cover cleaning, deodorization, and revenue loss from the inability to rent out the room. (Any damage to equipment will incur additional compensation costs at market value.) The hotel is also required by law to report violations to the competent health authorities.

♦ Designated Smoking Areas
If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking area provided by the hotel. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
